Your Data Rights (GDPR)

TIMEVAULT® — Asset Provenance, a Horological Atelier Ltd. product

Under UK/EU data protection law, you have rights over the personal data TIMEVAULT® holds about you, including the right to:

Access a copy of your personal data
Correct inaccurate personal data
Request erasure of your personal data, where applicable
Object to or restrict certain processing
Request a portable copy of data you provided to us

One important limit specific to this platform: information written to the cryptographic provenance ledger (asset records, transfer history, service records) is permanent by design - that permanence is what makes a TimeVault record trustworthy. Erasure requests apply to your personal identity data (see our Terms of Service for how that's handled and retained), not to the ledger entries themselves.
