TIMEVAULT®

A digital passport for your watch

A watch can outlive several owners, but its paperwork rarely does. Boxes go missing, service stamps fade, and receipts end up in a drawer. A TIMEVAULT® digital passport keeps the watch's whole story in one place, and hands it to the next owner when the watch changes hands.

What is in the passport

Each watch is registered once and given its own TVT token and QR code. The passport holds its brand, model and reference, the owners it has passed through, its service history, its insurance record, and a Trust Score out of 100 that shows how much evidence stands behind it.

Every entry is written to a tamper-evident ledger, so a record cannot be quietly changed after the fact.

Why it matters when you sell

A buyer who can see a watch's registered history, its servicing and its current status has fewer questions and more confidence. You can send a buyer a link to the watch's passport page, or transfer the record to them when the sale completes.

The passport page hides your full serial number, your declared value and your photos from the public. Those stay with the owner.

Open to every brand

TIMEVAULT® is not tied to one manufacturer. It works for any watch brand, and brands, auction houses, dealers and service partners can all add to the same record.

Questions

What is a digital watch passport?

It is a digital record that follows one watch through its life: who registered it, who has owned it, what servicing it has had, and whether it has been reported lost or stolen. It is the digital equivalent of the box, papers and service stamps, kept in one place.

How much does it cost to register a watch?

Registering a watch costs £9, once, per watch. Creating an account and verifying your identity is free.

Does the passport replace the manufacturer's warranty card?

No. It sits alongside it. The passport records the watch's history on TIMEVAULT®; your manufacturer's warranty terms are between you and the manufacturer.

Can I pass the passport to the next owner?

Yes. When you sell or gift the watch, you transfer the record to the new owner, who claims it with their own account. The history stays with the watch.
