For dealers, pre-owned programmes and auction houses
Your reputation travels with every watch you sell. A provenance record lets you show the buyer what you know about it, and keeps that record alive after the sale.
What you get
Your stock is registered to your account. Each watch gets its own passport, token and QR code. You can share the passport with prospective buyers, and transfer the record to the buyer at the point of sale. Any servicing a service partner carries out is added to the same record.
Auction houses can start a fresh provenance record for pre-loved watches whose history is broken or missing, and give it to the winning bidder with the lot.
Getting started
We register your existing stock for you, from a simple spreadsheet, so you are not entering watches one by one. After that, you add new stock and sales yourself as they happen.
Pricing is agreed with our sales team.
Why buyers notice
A buyer who can scan a QR code and see a watch's registered history is looking at evidence, not a sales line. It supports a certified pre-owned offer without adding paperwork.
Questions
Does it work for mixed brands?
Yes. TIMEVAULT® is open to every watch brand, so a dealer's whole mixed stock can be registered together.
How are existing watches added?
Send us your stock list and we register it for you. You can also add individual watches yourself in your account.
What does the buyer receive?
The buyer claims the watch's record with their own account and keeps its full history, including anything you have added.
